The company has managed to make a huge fanbase across the globe due to its budget smartphones which have also proven to be innovative and promising. The only thing that was missing so far was a smart watch from the company. But now it seems that the company is all set to deliver that demand as well. OnePlus launched a teaser that has shown a smart watch.
The rumours about a smart watch have been doing the rounds since a number of months now and a couple of times, OnePlus also made a direct mention about it. Some of the reports even claimed that the smart watch was expected to be launched in October 2020, but was delayed due to unknown reasons. The official teaser that has been released by the company has hinted that it could be out on March 23, 2021. It was posted on the official Twitter account of the company.
But it has to be noticed that there is no particular mention of a ‘smart watch’ in the teaser, but the images surely hint towards the fact that it could be the OnePlus Watch. The company had launched the OnePlus Band earlier in 2021, but then the fans and gadget enthusiasts had demanded for a proper smart watch. Smartwatches have become immensely popular and one from the Chinese company would be a promising device.
The event on March 23, will not just see the launch of OnePlus Watch but will also see the confirmation of the upcoming flagship smartphone line up. It is expected to unveil the OnePlus 9 series which has been in news since a long time. The leaked imaged and reports of the smartphone have explained it as a premium device at a budget and the fans cannot wait to get their hands on the official images. S
