Japanese company Toshiba on September 26, 2012 said that it will be launching two 2.5 inch for factor Hybrid Drives . The new Hybrid Drives new levels of high speed read and write performance to notebook and the desktop PCs.
The new devices are integrated with high capacity hard disk drives with NAND flash memory in a single unit. The drives will be available in two capacities 1 terabyte and 750 gigabytes. The new drives are the 1 TB MQ01ABD100H and the 750 GB MQ01ABD075H and use the hard disks to deliver high level capacity. Due to the features, the read and write operations becomes three times faster than the Toshiba hard disk drives.
