Samsung launches Series 7 and Series 5 AIOs in US

Just before the IFA 2012 show, South Korean company has announced its latest series 7 5 All-in-One systems which are designed to run the upcoming Windows 8 OS. The new Windows 8 device will feature 1080 capacitive 10 point multi touch screens and gesture recognition.

The new series 7 AIO will be available in two versions 27 inch and 23 inch. The 27 inch device will feature Intel’s Core i73770T CPU, while AMD’s Radeon HD 7850m GPU, optical DVD writer, 1 TB HDD, up to 8 GB of DDR3 1600 memory, integrated 14w speaker , 1.3 MP HD camera with hand gesture recognition.

The other features include Wi Fi, Bluetooth, Gigabit LAN, 4.0 HS bunch of USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports, card reader, HDMI/In and out , wireless keyboard/ mouse an remote control. The smaller 23.6 inch will have Core i53470T CPU, 6 GB DDR3 1600 memory and Intel’s HD graphics.

And the last is the cheaper series 5 21.5 inch AIO which features Intel’s Core i3 3220T CPU, Intel HD Graphics 4000, 4 GB DDR3 1600 memory and a 500 GB HDD. The prices of the series in the US market range from $749 for the Series 5 21.5 inch model, $1099 for the 23.6 inch Series 7 AIO and $1699 for the top 27 inch Series 7 one.
