Play Store Google had introduced a new game that is available for download. The game is known as ‘Bomb Gaza’ and was a mobile phone game that was criticized by many. It is a game in which the players pretend to be Israeli military bombing Gaza and this was discovered on August 4, 2014.

The game was designed for the Android users and tablets and was downloaded up to 1,000 times since it was launched on July 29, 2014. It had the aim of dropping bombs and avoid killing civilians. The game seemingly designed for offending and reflected real life conflict in Gaza in which at least 1,800 Palestinians were killed. The game received several criticisms from the users.

Bomb Gaza has now been removed from Play Store and is a part of a series of games out of which two other remain to be downloadable. The director of Council for Arab British Understanding, Chris Doyle believed that the games are in very poor taste. Doyle added, “These games glorify the horror and violence of the bombing of Gaza”.

At present Israel is busy in bombing campaigns against Gaza which shocked the world by targeting the civilians installations and killing hundreds of young children.
