Search engine giant Google has admitted that it has not yet deleted all of the data that it secretly collected from internet users around UK. Google is now facing a new privacy blunder after it admitted that the private data includes emails and passwords.

In December 2010 Google was ordered to delete the private information hovered up by its Street View cars from open Wi Fi networks. on July 27, 2012 Google told the Information Commissioner’s office that Human error prevented it from erasing the data which include the emails and passwords of millions of British people.

Till now it has not been known what private information was taken in UK but the regulators in the US have found traces of medical records and web browsing history. It has been 19 months since the company has been told to erase the personal data and the fact that it has still not done it might cause further embarrassment for the company.

An ICO spokesperson said that it would conduct a forensic analysis of the data which means that Google might be fined up to £500,000, if the material is found to be in breach of the Data Protection Act.
