Two new Slingbox models, the 350 and the 500 have been announced on October 9, 2012. According to our sources, the launch of the devices had been brought forward after appearing on Best Buy earlier.
The first model (350) is the most economic option as compared to the 500, and offers full HD video streaming and integrated IR emitters. The 500 model also offers built in Wi Fi, USB storage, a remote and HDMI component video ports. Both the models have been designed on the basis of earlier models; however, the most surprising part is that both the models do not have an ATSC tuner.
