UK citizens have some good news to look forward to; Skype and wireless network provider Wicoms, will soon be rolling out a free Wi Fi network in the UK according to our sources. Although businesses will have to pay for the service, they could offer it to their customers for free.
The service provider has also said that it will be simple and safe to use. Skype users will be able to log in to the service with the help of a Skype Wi Fi app and Skype ID. Shadi Mahassel, the program manager for Skype access said that simplicity is at the heart of everything that Skype does and that the internet should be easily available to everyone.
To get things rolling, Wilcoms is offering a free router for businesses that sign up for a connection in October.
