Search engine giant Google has launched a YouTube for the iPhone and iPod touch after Apple revealed that it would be removing the current app from iOS6. The new app which has been launched is almost identical to the precious one , but also has some additional features.
The app allows to reveal the menu of the subscribed channel s from any screen, a channel guide and other content. The new app also has additional enhanced search feature including an auto complete suggestions.
The uses can also flip through the related videos and comments while watching an existing video. With the help of the app the users can also share videos on Google+, Facebook and Twitter. Google has also said that with the new app it is giving the users the access to the previously unavailable content like the official music videos along with TV and movie content from Google Play.
The launch of the app comes just a day before Apple is expected to launch its new iPhone. The company is also expected to launch its new iOS software. Last month the US giant said that its license deal with YouTube had ended and that if the users wanted to YouTube on their Apple device they would have to use Safari web browser.
