South Korean giant Samsung Electronics announced that it is all set to launch its Galaxy K Zoom for the UK customers. The handset will be available through selected online and high street retailers from May 31, 2014. This includes Samsung Experience Stores and Carphone Warehouse.
The new handset has the industry’s leading Galaxy experience with advanced digital camera technology. The device features effortless camera capturing ability with real optics and a premium design. The users of the phone will be able to take quality pictures and also use it as a primary phone.
The Galaxy K Zoom has a new retracting lens technology and provides a 10x optical zoom with a slim body. Some of the features of the device includes a 20 mega pixel BSI CMOS sensor for ultra clear and detailed images. The camera of the phone can work great in low light conditions as it features optical Image Stabilization to reduce the blurness caused when you move while taking a picture.
The device also features xenon flash which provides better light than the LEDs to improve the quality of the image that you take. The vice president of the IT and mobile division of Samsung, Simon Stanford says, that they are excited to introduce the new Galaxy K Zoom to the UK market to give the convenience and connectivity of the Galaxy smartphone.
