Smartphone manufacturing giant Nokia is getting ready to release its Lumia 1520, which will be up for pre-orders at Carphone Warehouse before its December 6, 2013 shipping date. The UK-based retailer was the first to list the new smartphone’s pricing, after it was unveiled at Nokia World in October 2013.
The online phone shop has mentioned that the latest handset will come in white and black models and will be offered for free on a 24-month contract for £38 at Vodafone. The contract will provide subscribers with unlimited minutes and 2 GB of data on a monthly basis, as well as unlimited texts.
For people who are looking for a 4G tariff, the new Nokia Lumia 1520 will be offered for £19.99 on a £48 24-month contract with Vodafone. The offer comes with unlimited texts and minutes and a huge 12 GB of data on a monthly basis. The 4G contract of Vodafone will offer free Spotify Premium or access to Sky Sports mobile.
Meanwhile, Carphone Warehouse does not offer Nokia Lumia 1520 on tariffs with any other UK-based mobile operator at the moment. Vodafone is still the only network to announce its plans to stock the device. Carphone Warehouse has also revealed December 6, 2013 as the release date and it is worth noting that Nokia is yet to confirm the official availability details.
