Chinese smartphone manufacturing giant ZTE has been in the news in recent times for its upcoming smartphone ZTE nubia Z5S. Some of the recent reports have suggested that the new smartphone will have a 5- inch display and Snapdragon 800 processor.
Moreover, it has been revealed that the ZTE nubia Z5S mini will not be very different from Z5S and will have a not-so-mini screen of 4.7 inch. However, there are a few differences between the two handsets, but they ultimately have many similar specifications. Both handsets will be having Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and will also come with LTE and 3G connectivity, which will depend on the market.
The two latest models will also come with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera. The nubia Z5S will feature an f/2.0 aperture with optical image stabilization, in addition to the ability to record video. The device is powered by a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor and the Z5S mini has a 1.7GHz Snapdragon 600.
The Z5S has a 2300 mAh battery and the Z5S mini has a smaller, 2000 mAh battery. Both devices are on the slim side and measure in at 7.6 mm in thickness. When it comes to weight, the Z5S and the mini are close at 126 grams and 120 grams, respectively. ZTE’s new phones will come with a price tag of 1,999 Yuan for the Z5S 16 GB model, while the Z5S mini’s price will start at 1,499 Yuan.
