Apple’s latest operating system, iOS7 – which runs the iPhone, iPad and iPad Touch – is facing yet another glitch this week. The iMessages – messages which are sent from phone to Apple devices and computers – are not being sent or received in the past week.

The problem has been acknowledged by Apple and the company assured its users that it is working on a solution. Apple in a statement said, “We are aware of an issue that affects a fraction of a percent of our iMessage users, and we will have a fix available in an upcoming software update. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes impacted users.”

The iMessages program allows Apple devices and computer users to send texts free of charge through Wi-Fi. Apple’s program differs from other programs as its advantage is that texts can be sent from phone to phone, phone to iPad and iPod, as well as to the Mac computer.

Ever since iOS7 was released, people have complained of dizziness because of the new animated graphics, as well as a general slowdown of their device on the iPhone’s previous models. Apple is considered to dominate the global market when it comes to smartphones and tablets.
