Come January, 2013 and we will see the release of Blackberry’s new phone the Blackberry 10. There have been a lot of leaks regarding the device and hence a lot of anticipation from Blackberry users and fans. Apart from the Blackberry 10 there are snippets of Blackberry’s Z10 phone that is an all-touch phone (unlike the Blackberry 10 that has a QWERTY keypad). Though there has not been much news about the X10, the phone has been creating quite the stir with a set of pictures that have been leaked online.

The images that have been leaked by an anonymous N4BB reader give us a pretty good idea of what the X10 is going to look like. Research In Motion (RIM) seems to be sticking to its original QWERTY interface. The images show the Blackberry’s X10 having a sleeker and slicker look as compared to its predecessors. The phone has both the keyboard and the touch screen present. Blackberry loyalists would still prefer the keyboard, rather than the touch screen though, after all it was the QWERTY keyboard that made Blackberry so iconic back in the day.

The new operating system for Blackberry will be out soon and will also enable touch for all its latest phones. So if you’re a touch-screen fan, there is nothing to worry about. We will have to wait and watch to see if Blackberry’s 10 series is going to bring RIM back from the brink of a potential business tragedy caused due to declining sales.
